Greg Rouse (Project and Sales Director)
Greg has been involved in a Senior Project Management capacity with projects such as Westmead Hospital BMCS upgrade and Chifley Tower BMCS upgrade on behalf of Honeywell Australia. Prior to establishing Controlworks, Greg was with Command Environmental Services (Support Engineer), Satchwell Controls (Commissioning Engineer) and Invensys Building Systems (Regional Manager NSW, QLD & ACT).
Steve Taylor (Business Development & Service Director)
Steve’s experience prior to establishing Controlworks, has been with Honeywell (Commissioning Manager), Satchwell Controls (Service Manager), Environ Mechanical Services (State Service Manager) and Invensys Building Systems (Managing Director Australia).
Michael Sargent (Managing Director- QLD)
Prior to joining Controlworks Mike was the owner of CABAK which specialises in the design and sales of control systems to the HVAC industry and software development for remote monitoring and management of systems. Throughout his career Mike has produced a range of technical documents and has the following programming and software skills:
- Vendor specific Moxa, RedLion, Clipsal C-Bus, Alerton, Innotech and Schneider Electric Micronet
- MS Excel.
Laurie Reeves (Managing Director- Victoria)
Laurie has extensive industry experience in mechanical services and consulting. For nearly 34 years Laurie has served in a variety of positions including senior management with both Australian and global companies. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heating (AIRAH); Member and Victorian Chair of the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA Australia) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
