Controlworks is an Australian start up success story. Our journey began in 2003 when Greg Rouse and Steve Taylor identified a gap in the Australian HVAC market. Armed with a credit card and a dream they created ControlWorks working from a home garage in Sydney.

Now, over 17 years later, our team has grown into four distinct businesses ControlStore, ControlWorks, Powerlink & EnergyLink who all work collaboratively to provide the Australian market with a turnkey Master System Integration solution.  

ControlWorks is a market leading Building Management Systems Integrator. ControlWorks provides revolutionary technology solutions to effectively manage your building efficiency. ControlWorks designs, engineers, commissions, installs and maintains systems based on open and interoperable communication protocols.

Community Give Back

Our group community give back program is to ensure we work as a team to raise money and donate to important charities in our communities. We encourage our staff to work with local charities and we provide a charity day each year for each staff member to work with a charity of their choice.

Pink Ribbon Breakfast for National Breast Cancer Foundation 

Our Pink Ribbon Breakfast was a great success and as a team, we have raised over $1000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea for Cancer Council 

We hold the Biggest Morning Tea annually to raise much-needed funds for the Cancer Council.
